We are huge fans of the fabulous Ms Ashley here at EBB.  Her series are all inter-related standalones featuring phenomenal alphas, sensational heroines, and epic romance.  The woman writes like nobody else, and has created some of my favourite heroes and heroines, and has written some of my all-time favourite books.  My KA shelves at home give me lots of joy to look at.

 

 

KA also manages to churn books out like a machine, and it can be a little hard to keep up.  Her series also criss-cross all over the place with characters popping up randomly here and there.  This makes each book an epic reading experience for huge fans such as myself, but it can be really tricky to make sure you read them in order.  We have listed her series in publication order – going by the first book in the series.  We’ve made some notes on suggested reading order (where applicable), but the best list I’ve found is on Fiction DB which has a list of all of the below books with the publication month and year, so that you’ll know you’re not skipping anything.

A series featuring anti-heroes – those that technically exist on the opposite side of the law and are harsher than your average KA hero.  Featuring somewhat dark storylines, the romance in these books is also a little more on the erotic side, but still swoony as all hell.

Dream Man 

A badass commando, undercover DEA agent, detective and an MC Prez form the basis of this series which is set in the Rock Chick world (and after the Rock Chick books), but with a touch more drama and reality to the storylines.  And, of course, the romance is sensational!

Colorado Mountain 

Set in the Colorado Mountains, these books feature a bunch of Alpha mountain men in their 30s and older, all looking for a second chance at love; and the strong and fabulous women who fall for them.  Emotional, intense and wonderfully romantic with lots of beautifully detailed together-time, these are fantastic books to lose yourself in!

The ‘Burg 

Set in Brownsburg Indiana, this series is more family-focussed with a strong crime element.  Once again featuring cops and badasses of all kinds, there is plenty of action and suspense, sensationally written family drama, and hot, heart-pounding romance.  Another of my favourites of all of KA’s series.

Fantasyland 

A unique series that features an alternate world containing a ‘twin’ of people in our world.  The heroines are everyday women who are unsuspectingly thrust into a whole new world, forced to deal with not only a harsh acclimatisation, but also a broody alpha hero.  Imaginative, adventurous and beautifully romantic, this series is pure escapism.

The Rock Chicks and their Hot Bunch of badass alphas get up to all sorts of shenanigans in this hilarious series with action, unforgetable characters, OTT plotlines and hot, swoony, epic romance.  Some of our favourite ever badass book boyfriends can be found in this series.  Each of them is a fantastically fun read, and after multiple rereads this still remains one of my favourite KA series.
