I loved Neanderthal Seeks Human<\/i><\/a> so I was so excited to hear there would be more of Janie and Quinn!\u00a0And it was fantastic. I loved getting more of Janie\u2019s hilarious antics and Quinn\u2019s alpha nature. Neanderthal Marries Human<\/em> was full of heart, humor, and steam, and a charming addition to their story.<\/p>\n

Janie and Quinn have been dating for about five months and it has been bliss. Quinn is always taking her breath away, treating her wonderfully, and they have an amazing relationship that is everything she wants. However,\u00a0one moment changes everything. When Quinn pops the question it catches Janie completely off guard and they realize there are things they must work through if they want their HEA. What follows is a wildly entertaining journey to the alter.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026we\u2019re having a big wedding so we can be miserable together before we\u2019re happy together.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I loved it!\u00a0It is laugh-out-loud funny and super sweet. There is so much jam packed in this book and I ate it all up. Everything from the humorous interactions to the sweet and sexy moments to even the more serious situations, I loved it all.<\/p>\n

Quinn is such a gentleman and totally swoony. His ever present protective streak and alpha tendencies were fantastic.\u00a0I loved how completely head over heels he\u00a0was for Janie. Quinn\u00a0would do anything for her to make her happy and to take care of her. I adored\u00a0how he was genuinely\u00a0interested in her\u00a0and everything that came out of her mouth not matter how OTT it was. He\u2019s not a simple character though and I loved that there was more to him than meets the eye. I hated the guilt and pain he harbored inside and all I wanted to do was take that pain away exactly like Janie was able to do.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow do you do that?\u201d His question was quiet, reverent.
\n\u201cDo what?\u201d
\n\u201cHow do you make everything better?\u201d
\nMy forehead wrinkled as we studied each other. \u201cWhat did I make better?…\u201d
\n\u201cYou make me better.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Janie was geeky and wonderful as always. She put a permanent smile on my face the entire book with her fun and quirky personality. There isn\u2019t a person who wouldn\u2019t love Janie from the beginning. I loved not knowing what was going to come out of her mouth next and how she had to analyze everything. The kooky thoughts about getting married so quickly and her behavior surrounding the wedding had me laughing-out-loud.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy brain was at war with\u2026my brain. My heart and my body were ambivalent. It was all brain-on-brain brawling.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Even with the change in status, their relationship is as solid as ever and the chemistry is still scorching. They can\u2019t keep their hands off each other and it is entertaining to watch them try. They trust each other and are loyal and honest, and\u00a0I loved them together.<\/p>\n

Like all\u00a0Reid novels, the side characters are amazing and each played an important part in Janie and Quinn\u2019s lives and I loved them. I can\u2019t wait to get my hands on the next books in the series and see where everyone ends up! Overall, another great rom com by Penny Reid.<\/p>\n

*Note: I listened to the audio version and it was fantastic! Janie\u2019s narrator was wonderful and we also get Quinn\u2019s POV narrated by the talented Sebastian York!! I highly recommend this audio!<\/p>\n
