3.5 short, fun, sexy alpha stars<\/b><\/p>\n

This is a really quick, fun and steamy read written by two of my auto-buy authors \u2013 Natasha Madison and Aurora Rose Reynolds, writing together as Madison Rose.<\/p>\n

I really like the concept of this story. We are introduced to Emma and Liam at the three month point of their relationship, when she has just learned that he is a major Hollywood action star \u2013 a fact that he has been hiding from her. And her life is about to change in ways she never could have imagined.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not sharing you with the world. You\u2019re mine and only mine. I\u2019ve given them me. They can\u2019t fucking have you.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

First and foremost, I want to warn you that this is not a serious read. It\u2019s short, it\u2019s fast-paced and it\u2019s OTT in a lot of ways, but I thought it was a lot of fun. I laughed at Liam\u2019s uber-possessive \u201coverbearing, absurdly alpha<\/i>\u201d ways and Emma\u2019s sass, their chemistry and banter was great, and I enjoyed watching them deal with this big shift in their relationship.<\/p>\n

And the sex! Holy hell, this book is all kinds of hot. Liam has a filthy mouth and the sex is descriptive, frequent, a little bit dirty and absolutely sizzling! But it’s not all about the smut – this is a love story, and the emotion between them is clear from the very beginning, and I thought that it was really well done in such a short book.<\/p>\n

The story is written in dual POV and it moves really quickly, which adds to the almost theatrical series of events, and Liam\u2019s hilarious assistant, Skylar, and Emma\u2019s parents are a great addition to everything that goes down in just 77 pages. (This scene is a bit spoilery but made me laugh, and is a great example of the ride that you\u2019re in for with this book.<\/p>\n

\u201cCan you be pregnant?\u201d Leave it to fucking Skylar to drop the biggest fucking bomb ever, right in front of Emma\u2019s dad.
\n<\/em>Emma\u2019s face goes paler than she was, and she was a fucking ghost before. \u201cBaby\u201d \u2013 I get on the bed with her, putting my hand protectively on her stomach \u2013 \u201ccould you be?\u201d
\nHer face goes from white to pink as she turns to her father, who is looking at me with a death glare. He better get used to it. I\u2019m going to be here till the end.
\n\u201cLiam,\u201d she hisses at me, \u201cwe used protection. And can we not discuss this in front of my dad?\u201d
\n\u201cI hate to be the bearer of bad news, but condoms are only 98% effective, and knowing your super cock here, his sperm probably broke through,\u201d Skylar pipes in.
\n\u201cYou\u2019re fired!\u201d I shout at her, and she rolls her eyes at me.<\/em><\/div><\/div><\/blockquote>\n

I enjoyed this one. It was a fun little book that I was able to read in less than an hour, and I\u2019m excited at the idea of more from this duo.<\/p>\n
