I have really enjoyed the books in Kristen Proby\u2019s With Me in Seattle<\/i> series, but this one I absolutely LOVED!<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not a complicated or intense book, the plot is actually fairly simple. It\u2019s just a great romantic story featuring an absolutely swoon-worthy alpha hero and a fantastic, witty heroine, and their friends and family. And it\u2019s all awesome!<\/p>\n

Will Montgomery is the football star of the Montgomery clan, and he and Meg had a somewhat underwhelming introduction in the last book – Meg is a close college friend of Will\u2019s sister Jules. But upon meeting each other again in this book, there is a definitely \u2018something\u2019 there.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhy don\u2019t you just tell me what I did to piss you off so I can go ahead and hit on you.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Meg initially thinks he\u2019s an arrogant asshole, but Will is persistent and very quickly wins Meg over as she gets to know the real him, and they\u2019re straight into it! He\u2019s clearly interested, he tells her he\u2019s interested, he asks her out, she says yes, and it goes from there. No games, no bullshit, and it\u2019s so refreshing! Yes, there\u2019s a bump or two, but for the most part it\u2019s very easy with them, and they are both very open about what they are feeling \u2013 particularly Will.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I take you, you\u2019ll know exactly what we\u2019re doing, what you\u2019re feeling, and I won\u2019t stop until your legs are shaking and the neighbors know my name.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Yep, Will is one sexy, confident Alpha, with all of the associated protectiveness, possessiveness and bossiness that goes along with it! He\u2019s also funny, caring, not afraid to talk about his feelings, and is very big on the PDA. He\u2019s pretty freaking perfect actually! And he even calls her sweetheart *dreamy sigh*. He makes a couple of slip ups along the way, but he owns it, he grovels appropriately, and he\u2019s right back on track. I just adore him!<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re mine, Meg, just as much as I\u2019m yours\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Oh, and he\u2019s also sexier than all get out!<\/p>\n

\u201cWe aren’t going to fuck, Meg. Even when it’s hard and fast or a little rough or a lot dirty, I’m not fucking you. In the kitchen, in the bedroom, on my car, or any damn where I want to take you, will not be fucking. Fucking is for strangers or people who don’t give a shit about each other.\u201d

\n\u201cYou need to understand, Megan, once I make love to you, you\u2019re mine.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Meg is a fantastic heroine! She\u2019s confident, no-nonsense and down to earth, with a great sense of humor and her narrative is fantastic!<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m surrounded by a whole lot of hotness. If I wasn\u2019t me, I\u2019d be jealous of me.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not flirting. I\u2019m just paying extra attention to someone who\u2019s very attractive.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

She also has quite the dirty mouth! It\u2019s usually the guy doing all of the seductive talk, but she gives back as good as she gets, and I really liked that about her. She has some issues from her past which impact on her relationship, but they are fairly minor, and for the most part, she deals, she lives her life, and she follows her heart. And you\u2019ve gotta respect that!<\/p>\n

I loved Meg and Will together. There\u2019s no big conflict, no twists or big shocks, no stupid behavior or unnecessary angst. They tease, they banter, they communicate well, they have fun together, and there\u2019s also a whole heap of sex! These two steam it up in the bedroom\u2026 shower\u2026 kitchen\u2026 car\u2026 pretty much anywhere really. And it\u2019s all freaking hot! But the underlying story is definitely a romantic one. They have a very strong connection, and the emotion between them is gorgeously written, and OMG, there is so much swooooon!<\/p>\n

\u201cI would give you the world if I could, sweetheart.\u201d\u2026
\n\u201cYou are my world,\u201d I whisper.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And, bonus! Every now and again there is a chapter in Will\u2019s POV – just at the right moment where you\u2019re really wanting to know where his head is at. And it rounds out the story really well.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m really enjoying this cast of characters. With each book, I get to know them more, and I love all of them! There\u2019s a lot of time spent with the extended family in this book (including a great continuation of the story for the couples from the previous two books), and I loved it whenever one or all of them showed up! They are a fantastic bunch, and the dynamics between them are sensational. There is obviously a lot of love between them, but the boys rib on each other, the siblings bicker like siblings, and when the girls get together \u2013 watch out! This book contains one of the funniest drunken girly conversations I have ever read! From orgasms to spanking and piercings, they let it all hang out, all in front of two poor hapless Montgomery brothers. The whole scene was just GOLD!<\/p>\n

We are also introduced to Leo Nash, rock star, and hero of the next book. There are sparks already flying between him and Samantha (Luke\u2019s sister) \u2013 and not all of them positive. I\u2019m looking forward to seeing these two go head to head in the next book.<\/p>\n

So it\u2019s all pretty much win, really! It’s funny, it’s sexy, it’s romantic and swoony, and left me with a big, cheesy grin on my face. Definitely my favourite of the series so far! I loved it.<\/p>\n
