I adored her and her kind, easy going nature. She has a huge heart, is selfless, and gives her all to the ones she cares about. She is a good person and I wanted to see her happy.<\/p>\n

My heart broke for Dallas. The things he went through while growing up were awful and I understood why he felt the way he did. He made a decision years ago that crushed his heart along with the only girl he ever loved. I felt his regret and heartache and understood his need to see Maren again. He was real and relatable, with insecurities, fears, and vulnerabilities.\u00a0He also had a super sweet and romantic side when it came to Maren and I couldn\u2019t keep from swooning.<\/p>\n

I am a sucker for second-chance romances and Only Him<\/i> did not disappoint. I enjoyed seeing the love in the past and the way it never faded no matter how hard Maren and Dallas tried to forget. I felt the heartache, confusion, and pain that was left over when Dallas left and the longing, memories, lust, and love that still remained when he showed up again. The sexual tension was off the charts and I couldn\u2019t wait until they gave into the intense connection they obviously still shared. They definitely turn up the heat when they are around each other and it’s sexy and emotional. I loved that they couldn\u2019t get enough of one another and I felt their frenzied need to be together.<\/p>\n

Maybe it was sudden. Maybe it had always been destined.
\nMaybe it was crazy. Maybe it made perfect sense.
\nMaybe love was a game of chance, played at the whims of Cupid, as random as the roll of the dice.
\nOr maybe it was a story written in the stars, about a boy and a girl whose hearts wouldn\u2019t rest until they were together again.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Maren was never judgmental and loved Dallas unconditionally and Dallas was desperate to do what was best for Maren. Or at least what he thought was best. Dallas\u2019 secret tore me apart and I desperately wanted him to reveal it to Maren. It frustrated me that he pushed a little too hard and too long when he had exactly the love he needed at his fingertips. I knew they were meant to be, Maren knew they were meant to be, I just wished it didn\u2019t take Dallas so long to see it and accept the love he deserved. However, I did love watching Dallas grow as he realized what was most important.<\/p>\n

You once asked me to let you love me, and I promised I would. Let me keep my promise.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Maren and her sisters have a fantastic relationship. I enjoyed every interaction and the strength of their bond and love. I was excited to see Emme again and get glimpses into her life after\u00a0Only You<\/i>. And I am so excited to get Stella\u2019s story,\u00a0Only Love<\/i>\u00a0coming this November. I need more of this wonderful group of characters.<\/p>\n
