Miles Hart is finally done touring and is ready to settle in Manhattan with his soon to be six-year-old son.\u00a0He\u2019s enjoying playing with his brother\u2019s again in their band, The Heartbreakers, and he is focused on being a dad. He was burned by the mother of his child and since then he has stayed away from anything serious.<\/p>\n

Roxy is the sister of Miles\u2019 financial advisor and though Miles and Roxy are friends who are definitely attracted to each other, he sees her as off limits and doesn\u2019t have plans to pursue her. However, the more time they spend with each other proves just how good they can be together.<\/p>\n

Finally, we get to know Miles, the last Hart brother, in Once Upon a Wild Fling<\/i>. It\u2019s a fun, flirty, sexy, sweet story that has many of my favorite tropes. Friends-to-lovers, forbidden romance, and a single dad romance, it was everything I wanted and more. From the original storyline to the unique characters, this\u00a0Heartbreaker<\/i><\/a> book is a hit!<\/p>\n

An awesome man, amazing father, and wonderful friend…what more can you ask for?! Miles is the full package! Not only is Miles sweet, swoony, and sexy but he is also so freaking cute with his son. And Roxy is a fantastic heroine. She is unique, fun, and feisty and I enjoyed getting into her head. She is strong and brave and I love that she takes control of what she wants most in life.<\/p>\n

This story is full of heart and humor and has just the right balance between sweet and sexy when it comes to Roxy and Miles. They have an easy, fun friendship and become closer when Roxy becomes Miles\u2019 plus-one at an event in order to fend off his fans.\u00a0<\/i>The attraction is palpable and their lust skyrockets the more time they spend together. They have amazing chemistry and even though he isn\u2019t the relationship kind of guy and she doesn\u2019t do one night it\u2019s easy to see how great they are for each other. I felt the pull between them and believed the desire that consumed them.<\/p>\n

I can\u2019t think about tomorrow, and I don\u2019t have a plan for more than one night, but I ache for him. Exquisitely and everywhere.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The sexual tension is off the charts and the banter is entertaining as they\u00a0fall into a sort of friends-with-benefits situation, and it is steamy!<\/p>\n

She smiles wickedly at me. \u201cYou do have a one-track mind.\u201d
\n\u201cI have many tracks when it comes to you.\u201d
\nShe whispers, \u201cI know.\u201d
\n\u201cBut this track definitely has you naked, legs parted, and calling my name.\u201d
\nShe moans as she drags her fingers along the buttons of my shirt, her touch making my skin sizzle. \u201cI bet your name would feel so good on my lips in that scenario.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

But their lives are complicated and even if they want more out of the relationship, there are several challenges to overcome including Roxy\u2019s secret that may change everything.<\/p>\n

I should tell him, and I swear I will, but this feels like the best date I\u2019ve ever gone on, and I can\u2019t bear to ruin it with my ice bucket of news just yet. I\u2019ll save it for the end of the evening.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In the end, Roxy and Miles are perfect for each other and prove their love in all that they do. There is just a bit of angst to add to this lighthearted story and I couldn\u2019t have enjoyed it more.<\/p>\n

I have to give a shout out to the other Hart brothers, their ladies, and the kids. I am a sucker for sweet children and how adorable is Ben?! I just loved him.<\/p>\n

Overall, Once Upon a Wild Fling<\/i> book was a wonderful addition to the Heartbreakers<\/i><\/a> series. Don\u2019t wait one more minute, meet the Hart brothers today!!<\/p>\n

I find Miles behind a stage that has probably witnessed high school graduations, speeches, and musicals. His eyes take a leisurely stroll up and down my body. The way he stares, every zone in my body feels erogenous. Especially the boob zone, where he spends more time than usual.<\/p>\n

When he slides his gaze up to my face, he looks hypnotized, then he shakes it off and brings me in for a hug. \u201cSo glad you\u2019re here, Rox. Now go enjoy the show, and I\u2019ll find you the second we\u2019re done.\u201d<\/p>\n

Once it starts, I do enjoy the show. I never saw the Heartbreakers in concert when they were in their heyday. I\u2019ve never been a concert person. Not that I\u2019m opposed to music, but my mother set a precedent when I was in the eighth grade and my friends had a chance to see P!nk perform. I asked her if I could go, but the next day I had to take the prep school entrance exam, so the answer was no.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a better use of your time to stay in and study<\/i>,\u201d she\u2019d said.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s what I mostly did in high school, listening to music on the radio as I worked through math problems and wrote essays on the Vietnam War. The Heartbreakers kept me company that way. Later, when Miles became a solo artist, I\u2019d find myself humming his tunes when I heard them play in Starbucks, or while riding the escalator at Bed Bath & Beyond.<\/p>\n

I became a fan, but I\u2019m not a fangirl like some of the others here tonight. I don\u2019t just mean the women. The Heartbreakers have fanboys and fangirls, singing along, belting out tunes. They\u2019re crowding the stage, and the security guards hired when the Heartbreakers were confirmed for the event are standing on alert, arms crossed. Fortunately, there are no bras or panties thrown at the stage, nor briefs or belts either. I\u2019m glad Miles\u2019s high school class is full of fans but not crazy groupies.<\/p>\n

The music reverberates in the gymnasium as the trio of gorgeous brothers sings love songs and fun songs and sexy songs while disco balls twirl from the ceiling and strobe lights flash.<\/p>\n

When the set nears the end and they dive into one of Miles\u2019s most popular solo tunes, a love song called \u201cToday,\u201d I swear his eyes find mine in the crowd as he sings about yesterdays and tomorrows. The way he sings turns the tingles into sparks, and I\u2019m feeling it now for sure\u2014that click, click, click of my heart, or maybe it\u2019s my hormones.<\/p>\n

Whatever it is, my breath comes faster as I dance.<\/p>\n

When the show ends and the band thanks the crowd, that\u2019s my cue to find him backstage. He\u2019s sweaty, and I\u2019ve never found sweat so sexy before. He drapes an arm around me, drops a kiss to my cheek, and says, \u201cHey, sexy bodyguard.\u201d<\/p>\n

My voice is a little breathier than I expect as I reply, \u201cReporting for duty.\u201d<\/p>\n
