PAYTON & VINCE<\/span><\/p>\n There\u2019s one thing you should know. I was more than sober enough to put a stop to it. I knew it was crazy, but it\u2019s not as if I\u2019d be the first girl to get married on a whim in Las Vegas. I wouldn\u2019t even be the last girl to get married on a whim in Las Vegas.<\/span><\/p>\n So what\u2019s my excuse? I liked him. I liked the idea that he\u2019d be stuck with me, just for a little bit.<\/span><\/p>\n Because nothing good ever lasts, so you might as well have a good time while you can. <\/span><\/p>\n Find\u00a0Good Time\u00a0<\/em>on GOODREADS<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n 4.5 stars!<\/strong><\/p>\n One tequila\u2026 OMG, I \u201clegiterally\u201d love this book! I love surprise Vegas weddings and this one is a whole new take on the trope, and I loved everything about it! Good Time<\/i> is a hilariously entertaining, feel good read that is unputdownable! The amusing storyline and loveable characters set the scene for a book that will leave you laughing-out-loud and with a heart full of love.<\/p>\n I love Payton! She was awesome in Good Girl<\/i><\/a>\u00a0and I was thrilled when I heard she was getting her own book. And let me tell you, Good Time<\/i> did not disappoint! When Payton sets her sight on a guy she sees from afar, she is convinced he is her future husband. When he disappears she figures if it\u2019s meant to be, they will meet again. Much to her surprise they do and he is nothing like she expected.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n I love that we revisit the comical first interaction between Vince and Payton from Good Girl<\/i>\u00a0<\/a>but through Peyton\u2019s eyes. I always wanted to know what was running through her head in Vince\u2019s office the day they officially met. She is a riot and she instantly had me smiling. She is a unique individual and I adored her spunky personality. She is persistent, confident, and says what\u2019s on her mind; every time she said one of her quirky sayings or put her unique spin on a popular phrases I was cracking up! She is outrageous at times but I loved it.<\/p>\n Big and firm, yet his shoulder makes such a nice place for me to rest my head. Vince is fantastic!! He is a breath of fresh air and completely different than Payton thought. He is so much more than a strip club owner and when we learn about all he does I couldn\u2019t stop the love from bubbling over.\u00a0He is the whole package! He is both sweet and sexy, hard and soft. He\u2019s got a dirty mouth but he is unbelievably swoony, and I couldn\u2019t stop from falling hard when he let Payton know how he felt.<\/p>\n \u201cYou look at me like I\u2019m interesting. Or at the very least pretty.\u201d This book guarantees a good time. The chemistry is electric and the sexual tension builds as Payton tells Vince exactly what she wants, and it is HOT! I felt the lust and even though it was \u201cinsta,\u201d it worked really well in this story. They are on fire when they are together but I still felt their relationship grow into more. What started out purely physical became emotional as the got to really know each other.<\/p>\n Along with the fun, Good Time<\/em>\u00a0also adds some light angst. Though it\u2019s not overly dramatic and revolves fairly quickly, I still felt on edge, fully invested in their story and I wanted to see their HEA.<\/p>\n \u201cI used to believe that love only lasted for spans of one to ten years, but Vince changed that for me. He made me believe that shooting for forever is worth the risk.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n This book is written almost entirely in Payton\u2019s POV and this is one time where I was desperate to get into Vince\u2019s head. Gah! I wanted to know exactly what he thought of her. At the end, we finally get his POV and I loved it!! Hearing his thoughts about how his feelings grew made me giddy and fall for him even more. The epilogue is perfect and wouldn\u2019t change a thing.<\/p>\n Overall, Good Time<\/i> is a fantastic rom com that will have you laughing, swooning, and falling in love.
