The first book in Callie Hart\u2019s new Roma Royals<\/i> duet, this is a unique romantic mystery\/suspense that is raw and gritty with a touch of supernatural. I was captivated from the very beginning, sucked into the intriguing world of these characters, desperately needing to know more, more, more, and I loved it!<\/p>\n Zara Llewellyn is a 911 operator who is thrown into a mystery when she takes a call from a young boy asking for help for his brother. It\u2019s a call she can\u2019t get out of her mind, and when she learns that the little boy is missing, she makes it her personal mission to help find him.<\/p>\n Pasha Rivin is an alpha badass through and through. He was raised as a Roma (a travelling gypsy), surrounded in proud tradition and destined to be their king one day. But he left the family years ago, leaving his past behind and embracing freedom and the stability that he has found in his new life \u2013 running his own tattoo studio and cage fighting like any good badass would. She has no idea how impossible it will be for her to walk away from me after this.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Oh my God, the chemistry in this book! I don\u2019t want to go into details about the romance because you just need to experience it, but it was nothing that I was expecting, and yet it\u2019s perfect for this book. This book has a sense of the mystical about it and that extends to the love story, which is passionate, intense, and all consuming.<\/p>\n I\u2019m not sure if I\u2019m ready for him to sweep into my life and take it over just yet. Because I know myself, and weirdly I think I know him, and this is it. This is real, whatever that might mean for us, and there will be no backing out. There will only be life before Pasha, and the rest of my life <\/i>with Pasha.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n And SO freaking hot! There\u2019s not a lot of sex, it\u2019s more quality than quantity, and just\u2026 damn.<\/p>\n \u201cYou really think I\u2019m going to let you into my bed?\u201d We both know how hot this will be. We both know how dirty, dark, fucked up and depraved it could and will be, if we\u2019re both honest with each other. But though they seem so perfect together, they do have their hurdles. Zara will never be accepted in Pasha\u2019s world, and even though he is being dragged back into it, he\u2019s not sure it\u2019s a world he even wants. I\u2019m hooked and I need to know more, and I\u2019m so glad that book #2 will be out in a month because I\u2019m not ready to let go of this world just yet.<\/p>\n I loved this book. I love the world that Callie has created and the interesting blend of characters that she\u2019s put into it. The different facets of the book blend together to create a fantastic story, and I can\u2019t wait for more of Pasha and Zara\u2019s story!<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ll be the man you deserve.
