Legend and Scarlett are back as their captivating and addictive story continues with the second book of the Legend Trilogy<\/i><\/a>. House of Scarlett<\/i> gives us more of the steam, mystery, and feels that\u00a0The Fall of Legend<\/em><\/a>\u00a0delivered, and I was hooked from the start!!<\/p>\n

After getting another glimpse into Legend\u2019s heartbreaking past, House of Scarlett<\/i> picks up right after the ending of The Fall of Legend<\/i>. Scarlett is crushed after giving Legend her all only to be thrown away. Even if Legend did what he did to protect Scarlett, he knows his actions are beyond forgivable. Yet, he is determined to prove to her how sorry and wrong he was. He goes all in to show her what she means to him and his groveling is epic!<\/p>\n

“There\u2019s something between us. You felt it. I sure as fuck did too, even if I couldn\u2019t admit it. It goes deeper than you wanting me just as much as I want you. That\u2019s why I fucked up. Because you got to a part of me that I thought was dead and gone forever. It\u2019s not, though. It was just waiting for you.\u201d <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Most of the book is Scarlett and Legend finding their way back to each other and enjoying coupledom. It was beautiful to see them get know each other again and learn trust after the heartache. The chemistry is off the charts and the sexy times are even hotter than before. Legend is totally swoony as he proves his feelings and that he will do anything to keep her safe. Scarlett is her same strong, awesome self. Not only does she believe in herself, she believes in Legend. I love that she is true to her self and goes after what she wants.<\/p>\n

Something about Legend unleashed a part of me I\u2019ve kept caged my entire life because I didn\u2019t know it existed. He helped me see myself differently, and I loved it.
\nI release a long breath. There\u2019s no way around the truth.
\nI want more. More of him. More of us. <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I love Scarlett and Legend together and seeing their love story really take off but you can\u2019t forget about the suspense and mystery that is building. Legend has a dangerous past and it is clear that is catching up to him. There are so many hidden truths and unanswered questions that I still don\u2019t know what went down but I know it\u2019s bad. And just as I was filled with Legend and Scarlett\u2019s love and happiness, we get the cliffhanger! OMG, it\u2019s stressing me out!! I can\u2019t wait to get my hands on The Fight for Forever<\/i> because I need the conclusion to Scarlett and Legend\u2019s story so I can breathe again!<\/p>\n

I can\u2019t overlook the secondary characters. I continue to love Bump and his relationship with Legend. I adore Scarlett\u2019s wonderfully supportive friends and I love Flynn\u2026Scarlett\u2019s ex step-sister, a street-racer, and a total badass…I need her story!!<\/p>\n

Overall, House of Scarlett<\/i> gives us more of everything I loved from the first book and leaves me desperate for the conclusion! I am hooked on this trilogy and can\u2019t wait for The Fight for Forever<\/i>!<\/p>\n
