The Revenge Pact<\/i> is the first book in the Kings of Football<\/i><\/a> series, and it\u2019s a page-turner that includes enemies-to-lovers, football, forbidden romance, and a little bit of a love triangle. The plot is original, and I loved the way the characters and the storyline are developed. There are turns I didn\u2019t see coming and surprises that made me desperate to see how it would play out. It\u2019s sexy, sweet, angsty, and funny. A perfect blend of light and heavy, it\u2019s a must read for enemies-to-lovers romance readers.<\/p>\n

Anastasia dates a Kappa at Braxton College, and while she is well loved by everyone in the fraternity, there is one member who doesn\u2019t care for her at all. It\u2019s so bad that he won\u2019t even look at her. At least that\u2019s how it seems to everyone, including Anastasia. However, things are not always as they seem. Sometimes there is no escaping what fate has planned, and when they least expect it, Anastasia and River join together forming a pact that changes everything.<\/p>\n

River and Anastasia can\u2019t stand each other but much to Anastasia\u2019s dismay, she can\u2019t seem to avoid him. There is something about River that irks her but also draws her in. The banter is gold and the sexual tension is off the charts, the air crackling with electricity when these two are around each other. When River is the one to help pick up the pieces of Anastasia life when it comes crumbling down, things start to change in ways they could never imagine.<\/p>\n

River and Anastasia are both strong and unique in their own ways, but they click so well when they finally open up. They share an undeniable connection that I felt from the beginning and we experience how strong it is right along with them. I loved the explosion of feels every time they are together and they end up being exactly what the other needs.<\/p>\n

I love that their story isn\u2019t all sunshine and butterflies. It\u2019s real and difficult, and they must fight for what they want. In the end, they need to decide if their love is strong enough to weather the storms they face together. It\u2019s a bumpy road but I wouldn\u2019t change a thing. The intensity of their emotions and everything they go through really brings out the feels. I loved it!<\/p>\n
