Of course, I offer to set the record straight right away, but Hutton wants to give it a little time\u2013the phony engagement will keep his matrimony-mad mother and every matchmaking granny in town off his back.<\/p>\n

He even suggests I move in with him to make the ruse more real.<\/p>\n

And we don\u2019t stop there.<\/p>\n

We practice kissing. Undressing each other. Saying things\u2013and doing things\u2013we\u2019d never dare if we weren\u2019t pretending. Because it\u2019s all for show, right? We\u2019re just role-playing. Hutton doesn\u2019t want a real relationship, and I don\u2019t want to get hurt. But the more time we spend faking it, the more I start to wonder.<\/p>\n

Could Hutton French and I actually be right for each other, or is it all just one big tease?<\/p>\n

Oh my goodness, Tease<\/i> is such a fun and totally swoony romance. It\u2019s an original take on the friends-to-lovers trope and it is so well done.\u00a0I adored Felicity and Hutton and couldn\u2019t wait to see how their love story played out.<\/p>\n

From the moment Felicity opened her mouth I knew I would love her. When she is nervous things just pop out of her mouth and it is hilarious. Her inability to stop saying random things is what starts the whole fake fianc\u00e9 charade and Hutton plays along because he is truly her best friend. Then, things get complicated when everyone thinks it\u2019s true and they have to figure out how to handle the situation they find themselves in without ruining their friendship.<\/p>\n

These two are fantastic together. They get each other one hundred percent and you can feel their love for each other first as friends and then finally as lovers.\u00a0They each have their own flaws but they accept the other completely and unconditionally.\u00a0 Hutton has his own challenges and I loved that Felicity knows him so well and is there for him, thinking of him first always. At times I felt like she knew him better than his own family and it shows what a wonderful and deep connection they share.<\/p>\n

This charade throws them for a loop because they are both attracted to each other but they are so scared of ruining their friendship. It\u2019s all pretend so they don\u2019t have to deal with feelings even if they want to \u201cpractice\u201d to make things believable. And it is too funny. Already they are in over their heads but don\u2019t know how to handle it. I felt all the emotions running through them and was hoping they\u2019d make it real. I love that we get both POVs because usually we only get one side and we are left wondering how deeply the other person feels. Getting to see into Hutton\u2019s head shows us how he felt too, and I believed everything in his heart.<\/p>\n

There are some bumps in the road before we get to see their happily ever after but nothing is over the top dramatic. I thought the way things turn out is perfect for Felicity and Hutton and is true to their characters.<\/p>\n

I really enjoyed tease<\/i> and loved Hutton and Felicity\u2019s story. They had such a wonderful friend-to-lovers progression and their story is one I\u2019ll definitely read over and over. I loved it!<\/p>\n
