The third book in The Edens series, Devney Perry has delivered a beautifully emotional second-chance-romance with all the feels, and a hero determined to make up for the wrongs of the past and win back his girl.<\/p>\n

Foster Madden is the UFC champion, and he has just uprooted his life and moved from Vegas to the small town of Quincy, Montana. He\u2019s there to build a quiet life for himself, and to reconnect with the love of his life, the girl he hurt so badly seven years previously, Talia Eden. He knows he messed up, and he knows he has his work cut out for him to get her to even listen to him, but he\u2019s desperately in love and willing to do whatever it takes.<\/p>\n

Talia was left shattered seven years ago when Foster brutally broke her heart. She picked herself up again, graduated medical school and she\u2019s now back home in the town she loves with her beloved family around her, and working at the local hospital. It\u2019s everything she\u2019s dreamed of, but her world is shaken when Foster walks back in to her life.<\/p>\n

From the very beginning, there is so much emotion between these two. Talia is angry and hurt, and she deservedly lashes out, spilling out years of repressed pain. But Foster loves her, he knows he has a lot of explaining to do and he\u2019s prepared to take whatever she throws at him, and he\u2019s holding nothing back.<\/p>\n

Underneath all that she\u2019s feeling, Talia knows she has never moved on. Foster is her weakness and she\u2019s just terrified of getting hurt again. Foster knows that, and though he pushes her, he\u2019s gentle about it, going at a pace he knows she can handle, and watching him patiently and earnestly seek her forgiveness, her understanding, and her heart, while encouraging her to drop her shields and fully let him in, is absolutely beautiful.<\/p>\n

The chemistry between these two is electric. It\u2019s there in every moment between them \u2013 from the fighting to the devastating reveals, the heartwrenching pleas and every little touch, glance and smile. It\u2019s a slow build-up, and it\u2019s absolutely gorgeous, and I felt everything alongside them as they slowly and honestly find their way back to each other. And it\u2019s an absolute swoon-fest!<\/p>\n

\u201cI have never stopped loving you \u2026 And I never will.\u201d<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

While the romance is unfolding, Talia is trying to establish herself in her career, and Foster is training for his upcoming title fight. There\u2019s also personal and family complications that add a lot of emotion to the story, and all of the elements combine really nicely to create a full, heartfelt and meaningful journey for the two of them.<\/p>\n

Talia\u2019s family are all a part of the action, and I loved seeing them again! We get to see the couples from the previous two books, and spend a bit of time with Talia\u2019s two sisters who are yet to have their stories told. There\u2019s also a wicked tease at the end of the book for Eloise\u2019s book coming up next, and I\u2019m so excited for that one!<\/p>\n

This is a beautiful, emotional and heartfelt love story from one of the queens of small-town romance. Such a gorgeous read, and I loved it.<\/p>\n
