Wow. After multiple nights of reading into the wee hours of the morning, I finished this marathon of a read three days ago and I\u2019m still gobsmacked by it all. Dramatic, emotional, fun, sexy, romantic, playful, action-packed and intriguing, it\u2019s an intense read in a fabulously developed fantasy world, and I loved it!<\/p>\n

Emma Scott has done it again. She writes with her whole heart and puts so much of herself into each and every one of her novels. Her books are beautifully written and containing all the feels. Her characters are real and I love that she throws us into their lives and makes us live all the pain, growth, love, and healing right along with the characters.<\/p>\n

Lisette Marshall has delivered a powerful start to the\u00a0Fae Isles<\/i>\u00a0series, a wonderfully intense fantasy story with magic, intrigue, politics, all sorts of supernatural beings, and an absolutely kickass lead couple (brave and feisty heroine, a broody, almost-anti-hero with secrets), enemies-to-lovers, fake-romance, and so much chemistry and sexual tension, I almost couldn\u2019t stand it. This book has so much, and I loved it all!<\/p>\n

Kate Stewart completely owned me with this book. Her writing is flawless, her characters are unforgettable, and her story is captivating and masterfully told. It\u2019s such an incredible read, and I absolutely loved it!<\/p>\n

OMG, what did I just read?! Memories of a Life<\/i> is nothing I expected yet everything I needed! The twists, the emotion, the love, it all took hold of my heart and didn\u2019t let go.<\/p>\n

This is not a simple story. It\u2019s not a regular second chance romance. Sure, we get the amazing second chance, but there is so much more. There other characters that are integral to the story, heartbreaking situations and decisions that change everything, suspense that keeps you on the edge of your seat, and twist you don\u2019t see coming, and in the end, love does win and it is fantastic.<\/p>\n

Omg, I adored this book and loved Aiden and Hailee. Their second chance romance is beautifully emotive and wonderfully executed. Everything about these two felt real. They each have their own flaws and are opposites in ways but they fit together perfectly.<\/p>\n

Just damn. What a book, and what an audiobook! Reading this book was an incredible experience, I was immediately sucked in and was completely captivated from start to finish. I loved every moment, listening to 10+ hours in two sittings (and two very late nights), and when I finished, I started listening to it all over again. It\u2019s an age-gap, opposites-attract romance that is funny, sweet, dramatic, and beautifully romantic. I loved this book so much, it\u2019s an instant fave.<\/p>\n

Pieces of a Life\u00a0<\/i>gives us all that and more, and I couldn\u2019t put it down.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s all of those things and more, and I am without words to fully convey all of the feelings that I went through while reading this book or how much I adore it.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s such an entertaining read, and my first fave for 2022.<\/p>\n
