Katy and Mack work at the same school but Katy hates his guts. When they are assigned a joint project, Katy\u2019s spring break getaway is just what she needs to have some time away from him before they have to work together. Little does she know she can\u2019t escape him. Mack shows up in the condo she rented in Destin because it was double booked. Now, she has to share the place with Mack and her vacation is ruined. Or so she thinks.<\/p>\n

According to Thatch, Mack\u2019s cousin who we met in Banking the Billionaire<\/i>, the situation Mack and Katy find themselves in gives us \u201cforced-proximity, enemies-to-lovers vibes\u2026\u201d, and I can\u2019t agree more!! From the first page to the last, I couldn\u2019t put this story down!<\/p>\n

Katy and Mack don\u2019t get along. She will do anything to avoid him but Mack is everywhere. He\u2019s in the condo eating her food, he\u2019s out in the water when she\u2019s on the beach, and she has to listen to college girls swoon over him when she just wants to forget he\u2019s there. But when an injury forces them together, these two slowly realize that they really don\u2019t know each other and that hate isn\u2019t the word to use when it comes to how they end up feeling.<\/p>\n

Mack is such a sweetheart. He\u2019s so nice and doesn\u2019t really know why Katy hates him yet he doesn\u2019t let that push him away. He is determined to make the best of the time he has with her because he may not get a second chance. And Katy is so irritated with having to share the apartment but she can\u2019t deny that Mack is there for her when she needs him.<\/p>\n

Spending time together pushes them to open up and I love that they realize the reason for the anger isn\u2019t either of their faults. And the more they get to know each other the more fun they have and the sexual tension skyrockets. But what happens at the beach stays at the beach, right?<\/p>\n

Wrong. Mack won\u2019t let her get away and I love it. There is very little drama and a lot of heart with these two, and I adored their story. They bring on the sexy times but also make everything hilarious and I loved them!<\/p>\n

I loved that we get to see the Billionaire\u2019s again and Brooke from Accidental Attachment<\/i>. I just love these characters and I can\u2019t wait for more from this author duo!<\/p>\n
