Sammy Baker is working hard to support her and her children in New York after getting divorced and finally moving out of her parents house. She doesn’t have time to date but that doesn’t stop her sister from trying to set her up with Noah, the cute pediatric anesthesiologist who is always a sweetheart when it comes to Sammy. Sammy also keeps running into Gavin, the nice, smart businessman who always books meetings at La Croisette where she is the general manger. Both are interested in Sammy and she has to decide who is the one….if she can even find the time to date either of them.<\/p>\n

This story definitely has the love triangle thing going on, and though I mostly tend to stay away from that trope I have been much better at taking a chance when it comes to authors I love. This one was well done, and though I knew exactly who I wanted Sammy to end up with, it took her a bit of time to figure out who is the better guy. And when she does, I was swooning because this guy is GREAT! I’m not going to tell you who it is but I will say that the prologue sucks you in and I couldn’t wait to see who the guy in the other medical bed is and how they ended up when they are.<\/p>\n

This story is so sweet and though there isn’t a lot of angst, I was definitely worried about how I was going to feel at the end after reading the prologue.\u00a0 Knowing what would happen as the story went on but not knowing who and why made me question everything. And then there were twists that were so far off my radar that I wouldn’t have ever been able to guess what was going to happen. It was fast paced and entertaining, with the perfect blend of serious and funny. I enjoyed all the ups and downs Sammy goes through to find the guy she didn’t know she needed.<\/p>\n

Overall, I loved Sammy’s story and was so happy she found her HEA. I also loved her adorable and hilarious boys, and enjoyed getting more of the other characters from the previous books.<\/p>\n
