If you\u2019re the kind of reader who loves to completely immerse themselves in a fictional world, if you get lost while reading fantasy novels and need a reference guide to help you, if you forget series details in between book releases and need a refresher, of if you just cannot get enough of this incredible world that JLA has created, and the characters that inhabit it, this book is for you.<\/p>\n

A couple of things to note – this is a world compendium. It is not a progression storyline for either of the series. And beware HUGE spoilers for all of the events of both series up to this point, so do not read this book if you haven\u2019t read up to A Soul of Ash and Blood (Blood and Ash, #5)<\/a> AND A Fire in the Flesh (Flesh and Fire, #3)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Written from the perspective of Mis Willa Colyns (author of the infamous erotic diary), there\u2019s a personal aspect to the storytelling which makes it so entertaining (eg. \u201cHe can\u2019t control his lust, and they have glorious, unfettered sex in the snowy forest. It brought back some <\/i>very good memories for me.<\/i>\u201d) and allows us to get a different perspective of the events of both series so far.<\/p>\n
