Jessa is headed to her best friend, Cass\u2019s wedding where she\u2019s going to see her long time crush. She\u2019s adored Henry for years but the timing was never right. Now they are both single and she knows it\u2019s finally going to happen.<\/p>\n

What she doesn\u2019t know when she arrives is that she has to share a cabin with Cass\u2019s cousin who happens to be a good looking beast of a man. Cass warns Remy to stay away from Jessa but soon the sexual tension sky rockets and then there is no stopping these two. But she\u2019s supposed to want Henry. What follows is a hilarious, sexy, sweet romance with just enough drama to keep you hooked without being over the top.<\/p>\n

I adored Remy. His past relationships shaped him and we get a better understanding of why he was trying to not fall for Jessa. And I loved Jessa and her strength to finally go after what she wanted. These two are so fun together as they try to keep their hands to themselves. It\u2019s a entertaining take on the forbidden trope and they begin by sneaking around only to come up with a way to be together in public without getting in trouble with Cass. I loved how the story unfolded and I felt like the progression worked well and was exciting. When you see these two together, it\u2019s easy to see why Remy is the one for Jessa.<\/p>\n

I loved the secondary characters and how throughout Jessa and Remy\u2019s story, there are bits of another story. Cass is getting married and as this story continues we know something isn\u2019t right with everything that is going on. And the end is a shocker!! I did not see that twist coming! Add in the extra epilogue and, OMG, I need to next book in this new series! I am hooked on these characters and can\u2019t wait for more!<\/p>\n

Overall, Wild Card<\/i> is a sweet, swoony small town romance and a wonderful start to the new Roseville Ramblers <\/i>series!
