She\u2019s been single since a long-term relationship imploded six months ago so her friends encourage her to live a little and drag her out for a girls\u2019 night. She meets a gorgeous stranger at the local bar and ends up spending the night with him, only to later learn that he is the billionaire developer that is in town to demolish the inn that her business uses to host weddings, and the place she considers her second home. She\u2019s furious, and she wants Myles out of her town, but he has different ideas.<\/p>\n Myles St James is a billionaire property developer from New York. He is in town to oversee his latest project and didn\u2019t expect to meet a woman, but he is drawn to Montana from the moment they meet. When she learns who he is, he becomes enemy #1, and her snarky animosity towards him only draw him in further. He\u2019s wildly attracted to the spirited woman, and decides to hang around town a little longer.<\/p>\n It’s a fun set up, and the bickering between Myles and Montana is so fun \u2013 especially because Myles is wildly flirty and brings up their night together at every opportunity. They slowly come to understand each other, and an easy friendship develops, though there is still a fabulous zing of sexual tension underlying each of their encounters. And when Myles steps in to save Montana from her douchey ex, \u2018friends\u2019 becomes \u2018more\u2019, and OMG I was here for it!<\/p>\n I love these two together so much! They\u2019re fun and sexy, they rock each other’s worlds in all the ways, and it\u2019s all so easy and natural between them! Myles is only in town for a short time so they know their fling will be short term, but they\u2019re determined to get the most out of it while they can, and they are just magic together!<\/p>\n Of course, things are complicated when feelings develop. Montana is a romantic who wants marriage and a family, while Myles\u2019 toxic family history has left him (in his words) incapable of a relationship and never wanting to settle down. But he\u2019s feeling things for Montana he\u2019s never felt before, and there is a lot of soul searching as these two figure out what they want.<\/p>\n \u201cWhoever ends up with you is going to be the luckiest fucking guy on the planet \u2026 And I already fucking hate him.\u201d They have challenges to face, and it\u2019s an emotional ride, and what I love most about these two is how honest they are with each other. There\u2019s no game playing, no stupid behaviour, they say it like it is and they don\u2019t hold back, and I love that in a romance!<\/p>\n \u201cYou had me the minute I laid eyes on you, Montana Kingsley.
