Review

Tapping Her by Max Monroe picks up directly after the end of Tapping the Billionaire. It was hilarious and sweet and is a great addition to Georgie and Kline’s story as well as an introduction to what is brewing between Thatch and Cassie. Told from alternating POVs of all four of the characters, we get to see what everyone is thinking and it is fantastic.

Cassie and Thatch are cat sitting Georgia and Kline’s cat, Walter, while they are in Bora Bora on their honeymoon. Though things on Bora Bora seem to be going well, nothing could be farther from the truth in NYC. With a simple mistake, Walter gets loose and Cassie and Thatch are left searching the city for the cat. Not wanting to tell Georgia that Walter is missing, Cassie is desperate to find the cat before anything happens to him, and what occurs during the search are hilarious situations that will have you laughing-out-loud!

Tapping Her is a quick, enjoyable read.  I loved getting the POVs from all the characters. It was great to see Georgia and Kline again, but I am excited to have gotten more from Thatch and Cassie. They are hilarious characters and I can not wait to read their story next.

I love the relationships between all of the characters. Georgia and Cassie can be serious one minute and back to fun the next. They have a great friendship that any woman would want to share with her bestie. Kline and Thatch are best friends and though they joke back and forth, they have a solid relationship and are both there for each other.

Of course, Georgia and Kline are still wonderful together and their love is strong and full of passion. I swooned right alongside Georgia every time Kline did anything for her. She was always on his mind and I fell in love with him a little bit more when he thought of her happiness and the decisions he made while she was out of town.

I love Cassie and Thatch together. Every interaction between them is hilarious, inappropriate, and sarcastic, and I could not stop laughing when they were together. They have fantastic banter that tends to be over the top and the sexual tension between them is crazy thick. Tapping Her was a great set up for Thatch and Cassie’s story and I can not wait to see what happens between them in Banking the Billionaire.
