All for Love by Willow Aster is live!

A sweet, steamy and emotional, single parent, forbidden romance, this is a swoony, functional love story with the most adorable couple, and I loved this book.

A spicy Small Town, Single Mom, Forbidden romance from USA Today bestselling author Willow Aster

Waking up in a gorgeous man’s lap definitely wasn’t on this year’s bingo card, that’s for sure.

Flying halfway across the country, exhausted and on an empty stomach, is a lot. Having to do all that while realizing I’ll be away from my little girl while she’s at her dad’s is an even worse feeling.

Enter Dylan. The irresistibly gorgeous man whose lap I collapsed in on my flight home. He is handsome, charming, and manages to sweet-talk me right into bed with his beautiful smile and twinkling hazel eyes. This is sooo unlike me, but I couldn’t help myself.

Dylan and I don’t really know each other. Plus, I live in Minnesota, and he lives in California, and anything long-term would never work. Yet the chemistry between us can’t be denied.

But then the real problem between us comes to light, and it’s a big one. A forbidden one. There’s no way we can ever be together…but how do we give up on each other when our fiery connection feels like a once-in-a-lifetime love?

All for Love is book three in the interconnected, standalone Windy Harbor series.

A sweet, steamy and emotional, single parent, forbidden romance, this is a swoony, functional love story with the most adorable couple, and I loved this book.

This is the third book in the Windy Harbor series. There is a lot of character crossover, and the timeline of this book overlaps somewhat with the previous book (where we first saw hints of something going on with Dylan). However, you can easily read this one as a standalone.

Dylan and Dahlia have an awkward meet-cute when she literally falls into his lap in the middle of a flight. It does provide the perfect opportunity for the two of them to sit and chat, though, and they spark an instant connection which turns out to be completely life-changing.

He puts his hand on my face and looks at me intently. “I have a feeling my life changed forever today.”

They are instantly smitten, and their chemistry is electric. Things move really quickly between them, and their connection feels genuine and easy.

Complications arise when they discover that their families are sworn enemies, though mostly on Dahlia’s father’s side. He is a powerful and dangerous man, and in order to protect Dylan and his family, Dahlia insists on keeping their romance a secret. Dylan agrees, which introduces the forbidden element that makes their sneaking around even more emotional and intense.

Dahlia is also the single mother to an adorable 2-year-old little girl, and she’s dealing with custody issues with her ex, while Dylan is in the middle of uprooting his life in California and moving to his home town to be with his family. But even though they’re temporarily long distance, they cannot get enough of each other.

“You’re feeling this too, right?” he asks. “You and me…this is special.”

This is such a gorgeous romance. Dylan and Dahlia are there for each other, they laugh together, every moment between them is so special and they are just perfect for each other. They face their challenges sensibly and functionally, and I loved watching their love story unfold.

Willow Aster writes family so well, and the relationships in this book are so beautifully written. Not just the love story, but Dylan’s relationship with Dahlia’s daughter, Chloe, Dahlia’s family ties, and watching both Dahlia and Chloe welcomed so effortlessly and thoroughly into Dylan’s family. I love this group, and loved the chance to see them all again, bickering and bantering and loving each other as fiercely as they do.

The romance does move quite quickly in the beginning, almost feeling like a bit of a highlight reel, but I was quickly sucked in and I loved watching Dylan and Dahlia (and little Chloe) get their happy ending.

Such a sweet read. 4 stars.
