“You changed all the rules,” I said. “You changed everything.”

Six Malone is a vlogger doing an eight-episode series on the New York Mavericks football team for her YouCam channel. When she overhears Sean Phillips, the wide receiver for the team, call dibs on her she doesn’t like the cocky attitude. Immediately, she starts plotting a revenge plan to get back at Sean. What follows is a hilariously entertaining, deliciously sexy, sweet rom com that is sure to have you laughing-out-loud and falling in love.

Six is peppy, funny, feisty, and adorable. I loved that she is self-assured and confident in who she was as a person. Getting into her head made me laugh out loud and I couldn’t even come up with half the stuff that crosses her mind if I tried.

Good God, he was glorious. Gloriously naked. Him. His body. And his…Holy peen-asurus-rex.

She knew Sean’s past and wanted to stay far away from him. That was impossible once she actually met Sean because she quickly understood the pull he had over woman. I felt her lust and desire and I enjoyed every time Sean starred in her thoughts.

Then his mesmerizing green eyes met mine. Fuck, he was dangerous. His eyes. His body. His sexy, raspy voice. He was the full package wrapped up into one bad boy, jerk-off with an ego bigger than this fucking stadium, delectable box.

Sean is cocky, confident, and sexy. Known as the manwhore of the team he isn’t looking to settle down. When he meets Six, everything changes. He has met his match and watching her take him down a notch was extremely entertaining. I couldn’t stop laughing at all her antics and I actually started feeling bad for what she put Sean through.

Sean only had eyes for me. His tormenter. His mystery. The only woman on the planet who’d ever challenged him before taking off her pants, I was sure.

The revenge plan was hilarious. The delivery was perfect and well-played. Six can hold her ground and give as good as she gets. She challenges Sean which is new and refreshing.

“Anyway,” she said with a shrug and dropped her voice to a sexy, silky rasp that seemed to have a dedicated path straight to my cock. “You need to understand one thing.”
“And what’s that?”
“You couldn’t handle me,” she whispered, and my back snapped straight.

No matter how much they deny it they have a connection. The banter is fantastic and the chemistry is intense. They are the perfect mix of heart, humor, and heat and I couldn’t get enough of them. I love that Six draws out a different side to Sean and gets to know the real man. He hides behind a cocky attitude and I love when he realizes what he truly wants in life and how wonderful six is.

In everything she did, in every word she said, Six never failed to be a good time. She just…made everything fun. Better.

She forced me into humility on nearly every occasion she could manage, and yet, I still felt better about myself around her than I felt anywhere else.

The epilogue was swoony and sweet and put a permanent smile on my face. It was totally Sean and Six and I loved it all

I have to add that I really enjoy when other Max Monroe characters make cameos in current books, and because Cassie, from the Billionaire Bad Boys series, is Sean’s sister we get to see her and Thatch again and all their crazy. I was seriously giddy when they showed up. A hilarious scene with Georgia and Kline also added to the entertainment and I want more of everyone. I cannot wait for the next two books in the Mavericks series, Trick Play featuring Cam and 4th & Girl featuring Leo!
